What is the return policy?

What is the warranty info?
LONO guarantees all items against material and workmanship defects for three (3) years from the date of the original purchase. Please note that refunded purchases do not qualify for warranty replacements. Loss or damage to removable components will not warrant the replacement of the entire product.
