Is your packaging discreet?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is the return policy?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee at LONO means that if any sex toy you purchase from us doesn't enhance your sexual happiness within 60 days, we'll provide a full store credit refund.
What is the warranty info?
LONO guarantees all items against material and workmanship defects for three (3) years from the date of the original purchase. Please note that refunded purchases do not qualify for warranty replacements. This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, tampering, excessive or unauthorized use, or service conducted by unauthorized service providers. Loss or damage to removable components will not warrant the replacement of the entire product. Additionally, due to ongoing enhancements, the actual replacement product may vary slightly from the one described here.
How to return an Item?

2. Print your return shipping label
3. Drop your return package to your convenient shipping store.
